Community health outcomes a continued priority for Blue Cross in 2025

April 1, 2026

From year to year, across the state of Minnesota, we see some of the same health challenges persist in communities. In 2025, this held true for issues like food access, behavioral health, access to care, commercial tobacco use, and more, all continuing to drive negative health outcomes, and ultimately healthcare costs. The severity of issues like these may rise and fall, and the communities facing these challenges may change, but our mission at Blue Cross remains steadfast - pave the way for everyone to achieve their healthiest life.

2025 Habitat for Humanity Build
Blue Cross associates volunteering with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity to support affordable homeownership throughout the Twin Cities metro, helping strengthen neighborhoods and expand access to safe, stable housing.

The 2025 Report to the Community showcases the projects and funding driving our mission across Minnesota. Featuring highlights from the Blue Cross Community Health division and the Blue Cross Foundation, the report illustrates how these multi-year investments improve health outcomes statewide. It also celebrates the dedication of our associates through their volunteer work and the annual Community Giving Campaign.
